Return Policy

Items purchased within the continental US can be returned for full refund, less shipping costs, within 30 days of ship date to customer. Items must be undamaged and in new condition with no signs of wear. Upon receipt of returned items stepsonlineorthotics.com will examine such items for acceptance and refund the purchase price, less shipping charges.  Buyer will be notified if returned items are not acceptable.  Items ordered with modifications or top covers cannot be returned or exchanged.

Notify sales@stepsonlineorthotics.com for return authorization and shipping instructions.  Do not return items without authorization from stepsonlineorthotics.com
